Atomize
Pressurised water is divided across configurable stages and introduced into the airstream as a fine mist.
The F1C combines pressurised water atomization with a secondary evaporation stage to humidify and adiabatically cool commercial air. Conductivity, temperature, pressure, and sequential hygiene flushes keep the water process under control.
Most humidifiers ask you to trust a sealed circuit. F1C makes the sequence visible: water is pressurised, divided into fine droplets, evaporated through the moving air, and returned to a controlled circuit. The result is capacity that can be tuned without losing the logic of the system.

Moving air and the secondary evaporation stage complete the transition from droplet to water vapour.
Water quality, pressure, temperature, and configured flush sequences keep the circuit supervised.
F1C / Water circuit
F1C treats water care as part of humidification, not as a disconnected service task. The controller measures the conditions that change the water circuit and gives normal humidity demand priority over maintenance routines.
Temperature-compensated conductivity and water temperature remain visible to the control system.
Inlet and pump-side pressure provide the basis for dry-run and stability alarms.
Enabled stages are flushed in order, including the dedicated drain path.
Leak, motor-temperature, board-temperature, and water-temperature conditions remain supervised.
The same product story serves every discipline. Each role finds the detail it needs without moving through a separate miniature website.
Review the process, interfaces, water requirements, and technical resource subjects.
Find installation guidance, commissioning information, and a direct technical contact.
Understand normal states, hygiene routines, alarms, and maintenance responsibilities.
Connect the humidifier through analog demand, Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet, or service access.
The controller combines local machine protection with the interfaces expected by modern buildings. Technicians can use service access; building systems can use the fieldbus; operators can see a clear status without being exposed to internal implementation detail.
0–10 V and 4–20 mA support the primary building-system signals.
Modbus RTU/TCP and BACnet/IP or MS/TP keep supervisory workflows available.
Ethernet web access supports setup and maintenance.
Use F1C where comfort, hygiene, and building control must work together—from commercial premises to sensitive technical environments.
